Subscription Terms & Acceptable Use Policy
Introduction
AM2's ("AM2") Subscription Terms & Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") for products and services is designed to help protect AM2, its customers, and the Internet community in general from fraud, abuse of resources, and irresponsible or illegal activities.
Subscriber Agreement:
BY CLICKING ON THE "I AGREE" CHECK BOX YOU ARE AGREEING TO BECOME A PARTY TO AND BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT.
BILLING AND DELIVERY:
Your Credit Card will be processed by AM2, LLC. and show up on your statement as a charge by AM2, LLC or AM2.0 LLC. By clicking on the "I AGREE" check box you hereby authorize AM2, LLC to charge your designated credit card for the amount indicated. You also authorize the subscription payments indicated on the order form. You are responsible for ensuring that the address and email you provide the form, is accurate and deliverable. Once payment is successfully processed you will receive and email, at the address you provided on the form, with your login information for the membership area.
GUARANTEE:
Your first month’s membership is covered by a 30 day money back guarantee. After that, if you decide the AM2 membership is not right for you, you may contact us at Support@AM2.com BEFORE the date of your next billing to stop further membership payments and to cancel your AM2 membership.
Monthly Membership:
If you cancel your membership AFTER the the billing date you will NOT receive a refund for that Membership Month. You will retain Membership Site privileges, for the remainder of that "Membership Month". At that time you will be immediately removed from AM2 and will no longer get access to any of the benefits. It is further understood that if you stop paying my AM2 monthly membership Dues, you will be immediately removed from AM2 and will no longer get access to any of the benefits.(* For this purpose a "Membership Month" commences on the date the order was originally processed and runs for a period of 30 days, at which time the Credit Card is automatically billed for another "Membership Month". This process continues until Membership is cancelled.)
Annual Membership:
You may only cancel your Annual membership within the first 30 days of enrollment. If your cancellation occurs within the first five (5) days after enrollment I will be refunded the full amount of my annual membership dues. If I cancel my annual membership AFTER the first 5 days but prior to 30 days after my enrollment you will be refunded the full amount MINUS the normal monthly subscription rate of $497 or whatever the prevailing rate is at the time of my cancellation. There are NO refunds of any type for a cancellation made after 30 days from the date of enrollment. If I cancel prior to 5 days access to all benefits of AM2 will be terminated immediately. If I cancel between 5 and 30 days from enrollment my access to the benefits will end upon the date 30 days after the date of my enrollment.
Subscription Terms
The membership site AM2 ("Site") is provided by AM2, LLC. Your access to and use of the Site is governed by this Subscriber Agreement ("Agreement"). As used in this Agreement, "AM2, LLC", "AM2", "we," "us" or "our"refers to AM2, LLC, and "you" or "your" refers to you, the user of the Site. The Agreement below is the agreement you consent to upon subscribing to the site. The Agreement does not apply to use of the publicly available Web Site maintained by AM2, LLC.
1. Access and Passwords
As part of the subscription process for this Site, you have selected or been assigned a particular username and password in accordance with AM2, LLC's username and password guidelines. YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE THE ONLY INDIVIDUAL ENTITLED TO ACCESS THE SITE USING YOUR USERNAME OR PASSWORD, AND YOU AGREE NOT TO PERMIT OTHERS TO ACCESS THE SITE USING YOUR USERNAME OR PASSWORD. You agree that all actions taken by you, or any other user that accesses the Site using your username and password, at or through the Site will be attributed to and legally bind you, even with respect to acts for which the user had no actual authority or made an error.
